Kevin’s journey began in 1990 at Hal’s Auto Clinic, where he got his first real taste of the industry — hands-on, demanding work that built his foundation. From there, he sharpened his skills at Sterling Performance, focused not on titles, but on mastering the craft and understanding what makes repair businesses succeed. That mindset carried him to Garrett Auto & Truck Service, where he started as a technician and steadily worked his way up through leadership into ownership. Today, as sole owner, Kevin has built Garrett into a rare kind of shop — one capable of handling everything from passenger vehicles to heavy-duty trucks, both personal and commercial. In 2010, he expanded into specialized equipment by co-founding Carry Deck Cranes, refurbishing and restoring cranes with precision and expertise. After that chapter, he evolved again, launching Motor City Truck Collision, where he now operates a full-scale medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer repair facility. Across every chapter, Kevin’s approach has remained the same: do it right, do it honest, and see it through.

From a young age, he was exposed to the day-to-day realities of the industry — hard work, attention to detail, and the importance of doing things right. Kevin showed him the ropes early on, laying the foundation for how Lincoln approaches work and business today. He took those lessons and built LCB Detailing, focusing on delivering high-quality results with consistency and precision. What started as a detailing business quickly became a reflection of his standards — no shortcuts, no excuses, just results. As he continued to grow, Lincoln expanded into web design and digital solutions, helping businesses build a strong online presence and operate more efficiently. By combining real-world shop experience with modern tools, he brings a practical, results-driven approach that most in the industry overlook. In addition to running his own business, Lincoln plays a key role in supporting RSR Consulting — helping develop systems, digital tools, and infrastructure that power the operation and bring modern solutions into the repair and collision space. Today, Lincoln continues to build across detailing, web development, and business systems, carrying forward the same principles he was taught from the start — do it right, stay consistent, and build something that lasts.
